《アワビ(鮑、550g)の酒蒸し》・・・・大和の 和の料理《酒蒸し》

 

今日は 550gの 良い鮑が有ったので 七時間の酒蒸しにしました 塩を振り掛け タワシ 食材用 で 良く汚れを落としたら塩を抜き 器に入れて たっぷりのお酒を注ぎ入れて強火で七時間蒸しますお味や食感は とにかく 美味しく頂きました
