作り置き出来る低糖質ダイエットレシピ３品の紹介です 高野豆腐の肉詰め煮物 こんにゃくのコロコロステーキ マグロの味噌焼きゴマまみれお弁当のおかずにもピッタリです 参考になれば幸いです ω 高野豆腐の肉詰め煮物 ８個分 高野豆腐 ４個 鶏むねひき肉 ５０ｇ 長ネギ １５cm ４０ｇ 塩 一摘み 生姜の絞り汁 小さじ1 2 醤油 小さじ1 2 片栗粉 小さじ1 2 水 ５００cc 和風顆粒だし ほんだし 小さじ２ 醤油 大さじ２ 酒 大さじ２ みりん 大さじ２ 砂糖 小さじ２ 小松菜 １束 Koya tofu stuffed with meat Stew 4 Koya tofu Ground meat Chicken breast meat 50g Long onion 15cm 40g Salt picking 1 2 teaspoon squeezed juice of ginger 1 2 teaspoon soy sauce 1 2 teaspoon starch Water 500 cc Japanese style granulated soup Hondashi teaspoon 2 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoon of sake 2 tablespoons of mirin 1 teaspoon sugar 1 bunch of Komatsuna こんにゃくのコロコロステーキ こんにゃく ２枚 ６８０ｇ 塩 大さじ１ ゴマ油 大さじ１ 醤油 大さじ１ 麺つゆ 大さじ１ ５倍濃縮タイプ 七味唐辛子 少々 Konjac Square steak 2 konnyaku 680 g 1 tablespoon salt 1 tablespoon of sesame oil 1 tablespoon soy sauce Tsuyu noodles 1 tablespoon 5 times concentrated type seven flavor chili pepper Shichimi Togarashi a little マグロの味噌焼きゴマまみれ まぐろ ３００ｇ 砂糖 大さじ１ 塩 一摘み 醤油 大さじ１ 味噌 大さじ２ 生姜の絞り汁 小さじ１ 白ごま 大さじ２ ３ White sesamin Grilled tuna with miso Tuna 300g 1 tablespoon sugar Salt picking 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2 tablespoons miso 1 tsp squeezed juice of ginger White sesame 2 3 tablespoons
