速水もこみち流 002 しゃけチャーハン 材料 分量 1人前鮭 1切れサラダ油 大さじ1 2ご飯 1人分生姜すりおろし 1片分卵 1個酒 大さじ1青ねぎ 小口切り 2本分A ーーーーーー塩 こしょう 各少々和風だしの素 小さじ1醤油 大さじ1 2 調理工程 フライパンにサラダ油を軽く熱し 骨を取って一口大に切った鮭を入れて両面こんがりと焼き ご飯 生姜を加え 鮭をほぐしながら炒めたら Aを加えて炒め合わせ 中央をドーナツ状に開けて 溶いた卵を流して火を通しながら全体を絡め 仕上げに酒 青ネギを加え混ぜたら 器に盛り付ける ポイント 鮭を焼いたフライパン一つで取り出したりせずにそのまま仕上げる ーーーーーーーーーーー Instagram Twitter 公式キッチンブランドサイト 速水もこみち 問合せ先 mstable contact gmail com
