Japanese Street Food: Seafood in Osaka

 

Scallops are prepared in two different ways at BBQ street food joints in Osaka and Tokyo As shown in this place The scallops are cleaned gutted and cut into small pieces and then placed again in their shell to be cooked In some other places however scallops are just grilled as their are it might saves some preparation time but it can be a rather unsettling culinary experience to an unclean Scallop

안녕하세요. 오늘의 집밥은 옥수수밥, 오이소고기볶음 그리고 바지락 된장국입니다. 요즘 초당옥수수가 나오길래 밥에 넣어봤는데, 진짜 진짜 달달하고 맛있더라고요. 제가 지금껏 만든 밥 중에 가장 맛있었어요!
