Japanese Street Food: Seafood in Osaka

 

Scallops are prepared in two different ways at BBQ street food joints in Osaka and Tokyo As shown in this place The scallops are cleaned gutted and cut into small pieces and then placed again in their shell to be cooked In some other places however scallops are just grilled as their are it might saves some preparation time but it can be a rather unsettling culinary experience to an unclean Scallop

上個禮拜，在整理老家倉庫的時候發現了這些碗，我想這應該是爺爺奶奶那個年代使用的吧！燒製的工藝不成熟，有很多材燒時，留下來的痕跡，大小厚薄也不太一樣，可是他們卻保存了五六十年都捨不得丟，就這樣老公把它們帶回來了。
