egglessbaking breadrecipe howtomakebreadLet s add raisins in dough Unbelievable Let s make delicious raisin bread Please subscribe Please share it with many people instagram I did not use eggs in the dough but in the last step I used egg washEgg water can be replaced by milk Frame sizeWidth 22 5cmx Width 10 5cmx Height 9 5cmFlour 300g sugar 30g salt 6g instant dry yeast 6g water 80g milk 120g butter 30g raisin 50gWhen kneading with a stand mixer different for each machine 1 Add all ingredients except butter and mix for 2 3 minutes at low speed2 Dough for 5 6 minutes at medium speed3 After adding the butter dough for 5 6 minutes until the dough becomes smoothTIPPlease put the raisins into the dough because the raisins burn well in the oven Use cold water or cold milk on hot days Use lukewarm water or lukewarm milk no hot water on cold daysUse room temperature butter about 30 minutes My videos are only uploaded to YouTube and Naver TV Unauthorized use or second edit and reload of this video is not allowed
