今日は ウツボの頭の煮物です 頭を割り 身の部分は食べやすい大きさに切り熱湯をかけて 水 砂糖 濃口醤油を合わせたもので良く炊きます シシトウの焼いた物を付け合わせに天盛りには柚子の皮を使いました皮はプルプルで 身はホックリしてとても美味しく頂きました ご覧の通りお酒も進みました
