ゴーヤチャンプルーの作り方

 

ごはんが進むおかず ゴーヤチャンプルー ゴーヤの下ごしらえから豆腐の水切りまで 各工程ごと詳しくまとめています 2人分の材料 ゴーヤ 1 2本木綿豆腐 1 2丁豚バラ肉 薄切り 100g卵 1個砂糖 下処理用 小さじ1塩 下処理用 小さじ1 4醤油 小さじ2塩 粗びき黒胡椒 各少々サラダ油 ごま油 各小さじ1 レシピ詳細は白ごはん comでも紹介中 豆腐はしっかり水切りをして ゴーヤは塩と砂糖を併用して下味をつけると同時に苦味を和らげると 仕上がりが食べやすいゴーヤチャンプルになると思います 白ごはん comではおうちで作りやすい和食レシピが満載です
