【パンレシピ】シュトーレンの作り方

 

今回はクリスマスの定番シュトーレンを作ってみました 買うと高いパンなので自分で作るととってもお得に作れました 好きな大きさ 好きな具材でぜひ皆さんも作ってみてください 材料 生地 強力粉 400g 塩 5ｇ 砂糖 60ｇ イースト 8ｇ 卵黄 1個分 バター 120ｇ 水 160 混ぜ込み ミックスナッツ 80ｇ ドライフルーツミックス 150ｇ ラムレーズン 70ｇ マジパン アーモンドプードル 40ｇ 粉糖 80ｇ ラム酒 2 5 卵白 適量
