外層使用的是 過去介紹過的 法式基礎奶油霜 完成後保留一半原色 鵝黃 分出來的另一半則加入5 7克日式抹茶粉 混拌至顏色均勻 如要讓擠花紋路更為清晰 鮮明 奶油霜完成後可先冰涼約30 60分鐘再添裝入擠花袋 但冰涼太久會硬化 反而不易擠出 使用 至於冰淇淋桶裡的內餡 大家能自行以不同巧克力甘納許製作 無論是黑 白巧克力都很適合 甘納許的做法 可直接選用過去配方裡的 法式生巧克力塔 或是 法式抹茶生巧克力塔 都適合 冰淇淋杯裡填滿甘納許內餡 移放入冷凍庫冰藏4 8小時讓它完全硬化 需要時再拿出來完成最外層的擠花裝飾 裝飾完成的聖誕樹作品 可放入密封盒防乾 移放冷凍庫保鮮 保存壽命可達2周以上 品嘗前的20 30分鐘移放室溫軟化即可 無論是 法式基礎奶油霜 或是內餡的甘納許 只要製作時質地正確 常溫中都依然能HOLD住鮮明的線條外型 直接在室溫中存放數小時並不會變質
