MASAの料理ABC the VIDEO season2 EP14 減肥食譜 豆腐漢堡肉with和風醬 用豆腐可以做很多美味 減肥料理 這次介紹多用豆腐 少用絞肉的健康 低卡漢堡 超級清爽的和風蘿蔔醬跟漢堡一起吃太 好吃了 ๑ ᴗ و第二季 第14集 豆腐漢堡肉with和風醬 豆腐のハンバーグおろしソース 4人份 漢堡肉4個份 豬絞肉 Ground pork 200g拌豆腐 Firm tofu 200g鹽巴 Salt 1 4小匙洋蔥 Onion 1 2個薑泥 Ginger Paste 1 2小匙砂糖 Sugar 1 2小匙醬油 Soy sauce 1小匙雞蛋 Egg 1個 和風蘿蔔醬 白蘿蔔 Daikon 200g水 Water 50cc醬油 Soy sauce 2大匙味淋 Mirin 1大匙白醋 Rice vinegar 1 2大匙太白粉 Potato starch 1小匙 稠度可以調整鴻禧菇 Shimeji mushrooms 1包小高麗菜 Mini cabbages 2個牛番茄 Tomato 1個橄欖油 Olive oil 適量鹽巴 黑胡椒 Salt Black pepper 適量 做法 1 先豆腐脫水 豆腐放在容器裡面 上面放重量壓至少30分鐘 or longer 2 切丁的洋蔥炒到半透明後冷卻 3 脫水過的豆腐用手捏成泥後加入豬絞肉 加入鹽巴攪拌到黏度出來 4 加入冷卻好的洋蔥 薑末 砂糖 醬油 雞蛋攪拌好 捏成扁橢圓形5 把 和風蘿蔔醬 材料放入果汁機打成泥 6 平底鍋開中小火 加入一點油 放入漢堡肉 煎到表面金黃色 7 加入一點水轉小火蓋起來繼續燜大概3分鐘 8 把鴻禧菇 高麗菜 牛番茄煎到表面有一些金黃色 9 把和風蘿蔔醬倒入鍋子裡加熱到喜歡的濃度 加入太白粉水勾芡 10 煎好的材料裝盤 漢堡上淋和風蘿蔔醬就完成了 Youtube 高畫質 食譜網站 www masa tw 食譜書 www masa tw masas book 鍋具 BEKA Titan 單柄平底鍋 24cm 果汁機 Vitamix S30 砧板 W2 WOOD X WORK BGM 甘茶の音楽工房
