Recipe Fluffy Cat Decoration Swiss Roll Cake made with rice flour and filled plenty of chocolate yoghurt cream Healthy option as it uses no oil butter or cream Ingredients 3 eggs separated into egg white and yolk 40g sugar in total 30g added to egg yolks 10g added to egg white 40mL milk low fat milk 60g rice flour Cocoa powder 1 2 teaspoon Drained Greek yoghurt dark chocolate 1 Pear Recipe 25cm x 30cm Cake pan used 1 Make chocolate yoghurt cream Melt dark chocolate on double boiler and combine with drained Greek yogurt Once combined set aside and refrigerate 2 Separate egg white and yolk 3 Mix egg yolks sugar milk and rice flour well 4 Take 1 tablespoon of batter out in a separate plate and combine with cocoa powder 5 Place the drawing underneath the baking paper on cake pan 6 Draw trace picture with cocoa batter 7 Place cake pan in freezer for 10minutes 8 Meanwhile whisk egg white until firm meringue forms Add sugar 10g half way through 9 Gently fold meringue into rest of the batter 10 Remove cake pan from freezer and pour batter Spread batter evenly 11 Bake at 170 for 14minutes 12 Once baked let it cool and detach sponge from baking sheet 13 Spread drained chocolate yoghurt cream evenly and line pears Fill the gaps with more chocolate yoghurt cream 14 Gently roll the sponge Use baking sheet to tuck the ends tight 15 Wrap it in glad warp and rest it in fridge for couple hours 16 Enjoy 材料 卵 3個 砂糖 40g それぞれ卵黄に30g 卵白に10g 牛乳 40mL 低脂肪牛乳を使いました 米粉 60g ココアパウダー 小さじ1 2 水切りギリシャヨーグルト チョコレート 洋梨 1個レシピ 天板 25cm x 30cm 1 チョコレートヨーグルトクリームを作る チョコレートを湯煎で溶かし 水切りギリシャヨーグルトを混ぜる よく混ざったら いったん冷蔵庫で冷やしておく 2 卵黄と卵白を分ける 3 卵黄 砂糖 牛乳 米粉をよく混ぜる 4 大さじ1杯の生地を別の器に移し ココアパウダーを混ぜ込む 5 猫の絵をベーキングシートの下に敷き ココアの生地でなぞる 6 天板 ベーキングシート を冷凍庫で10分冷やす 7 卵白をしっかりとしたメレンゲになるまで泡立てる 途中 砂糖 10g を加える 8 メレンゲと残りの生地をさっくり混ぜ合わせる 9 生地を型に流し込み 均等に広げる 10 170 に予熱したオーブンで14分焼く 11 生地が焼けたら粗熱をとり ベーキングシートをはがしておく 12 粗熱がとれたスポンジにチョコレートヨーグルトクリームをのばし 角切りに切った洋梨を並べる 隙間をしっかりとヨーグルトクリームで埋める 13 ベーキングシートを使い生地をしっかりと巻く 生地がまだ少し温かい方が巻きやすいかなと思います 14 さらにサランラップで巻き 冷蔵庫で2 3時間冷やす 15 出来上がり Find me also on Instagram sora_monnom
