Chocolate Covered Waffle Bar ( With Ears ) チョコをかけたワッフル・バー（耳つき）

 

We made hearty chocolate coated waffles with sprinkles on top just like the chocolate bananas sold at night markets It s so filling it s more like bread than waffles It can be baked on the harder side so it is easier to decorate Recipe 8 Servings 1 Beat 1 egg 2 Add 65g sugar and mix 3 Add 150g milk and mix 4 Sift together and add 250g flour and 2 teaspoons baking powder 5 Add 15g melted butter and 10g vegetable oil and mix 6 Add a few drops of vanilla oil and mix 7 Pour the batter into a waffle maker put the bar on top and bake 8 Cut apart after it has cooled 9 Insert chocolate candies as ears 10 Melt 100g chocolate add 7g vegetable oil and mix 11 Coat 9 with 10 and add sprinkles 12 Enjoy 夜店で売ってるチョコバナナみたいにチョコとスプリンクルをたっぷりかけた どっしりワッフル作りました 腹もち最高で ワッフルというかパンみたいです デコがやりやすいように かために焼けるワッフルです あっ バーと耳を付けときました レシピ 8本分 １ 卵 1個をとく ２ 砂糖 65gを加え混ぜる ３ 牛乳 150gを加え混ぜる ４ 薄力粉 250gとベーキングパウダー 小さじ 2を合わせてふるい入れる ５ 溶かしバター 15gとサラダ油 10gを加え混ぜる ６ バニラオイル 少々を加え混ぜる ７ ワッフルメーカーに生地を入れ バーをのせて焼く ８ 冷ましてから切り分ける ９ チョコレート菓子を耳に見立て 差し込む １０ チョコレート 100gを溶かし サラダ油 7gを加え混ぜる １１ ９を１０でコーティングし スプリンクルを散らす １２ ふつうにおいしい
