Creamy Omelette Rice Recipe とろとろオムライス

 

We made omelette rice with a creamy open omelette The chicken rice was prepared in the rice cooker and the demi glace sauce was purchased at the supermarket so all we had to do is fry the egg We love omelette rice Recipe Serves four to five people 1 Add two cups of washed rice 300 gm 110 gm of ketchup 15 gm of sauce 15 gm of mayonnaise 5 gm of granulated consomme and 2 inches of tubed grated garlic into the rice cooker bowl 2 Add water until it reaches the two cup marking and mix 3 Add four slices of ham 80 gm of a large onion and 40 gm of a carrot chopped finely and mix lightly 4 Set 3 into the rice cooker and let it cook 5 Add 200 gm of commercially available demi glace sauce we didn t have anything else except hamburger sauce this time and heat it up 6 Add two pieces of finely chopped sliced cheese to 25 gm of milk in a heat resistant container 7 Heat it up for 30 seconds in the microwave and mix If it s not completely melted heat it up once more making sure not to overheat it 8 Once 4 is ready place the rice on a plate 9 Beat two eggs with 30 gm of milk and a little salt 10 Heat up the frying pan and lightly coat it with salad oil 11 Pour in 9 all at once and stir it in a circular motion 12 After letting it heat up for a little while put the egg back into the bowl 13 Mix the egg in the bowl 14 Heat up the frying pan once again and coat it lightly with salad oil 15 Pour in 13 and shape it into an omelette Make sure not to overcook it 16 Put 15 on top of 8 17 Cut it open with a knife 18 Top it off with 5 and 7 In our family there s one member who s not a fan of chicken so we ve replaced it with ham Our recipe is not exactly chicken rice To make it look like the egg is completely covering the rice less rice was used 115 gm this time If you keep the upper part flat it makes it easy to put the omelette on top and it doesn t fall off オムレツをぱっくり開いて仕上げるトロトロのオムライス作りました チキンライスは炊飯器で ソースも市販のデミグラスソースを使って作るから あとは卵を焼くだけ オムライス 大好き レシピ 約4 5人前 1 炊飯釜に研いだ 米 2合 300g ケチャップ 110g ソース 15g マヨネーズ 15g 顆粒コンソメ 5g チューブ入りのすりおろしニンニク 2センチほど を入れる 2 炊飯釜の2合の線まで水を入れ かき混ぜる 3 ハム 4枚 大きめのみじん切りにした 玉ねぎ 80gと人参 40gを入れ ひと混ぜする 4 3を炊飯器にセットし 炊く 5 市販のデミグラスソース あちゃ 買い置きが ハンバーグソースしかなかった 200gに水 50gを入れ 温めておく 6 耐熱容器に牛乳 25gにスライスチーズ 2枚を細かくちぎって入れる 7 電子レンジで30秒ほど加熱し かき混ぜる 溶け切らないときは様子を見ながら追加で加熱する 8 炊きあがった4をお皿に盛り付ける 9 卵 2個と牛乳 30g 塩 少々をよくといておく 10 フライパンをよく加熱し 薄くサラダ油を塗る 11 9を一気に流し入れぐるぐると混ぜる 12 しばらくそのまま加熱し 一旦ボウルに取り出す 13 取り出した卵をボウルの中で混ぜる 14 再度 フライパンをよく加熱し 薄くサラダ油を塗る 15 13を流し入れ なんとな くオムレツ形に焼く 火加減に注意し加熱しすぎないこと 16 15を8にそっとのせる 17 ナイフで切り開く 18 5と7をかけていただく 実はチキンが苦手なメンバーがいるので我が家ではハムを使っているのでチキンライスではないんですが 卵に全体が包まれるように チキンライスの盛り付けは少なめ 今回 115g で 上部は平らにしておくと オムレツが転げ落ちにくく のせやすいです
