冬至的那天没有赶上吃饺子，新年前把这顿饺子补上。另外给大家看看鸡肉是怎么拌馅的。其他的肉类都是肥瘦一起拌馅，鸡肉一样也是要有油脂才好吃。如果有鸡油的话，可以剁碎碎的加进去，或者用菜油把葱花泼出香味后，拌在馅料里。这样才好吃！
