Simple and quick recipe for Fluffy Apple Ricotta Cheesecake I used apple slices from a can and worked perfect Healthier and low fat option with No butter or oil used in the cake Ingredients 18cm cake tin 3 eggs egg yolk and white separated 50g sugar 100mL milk low fat milk was used in this video 375g Ricotta cheese 75g self raising flour OR 75g all purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder Apple slices can Recipe 1 Prepare apple slices Remove from can and dice in small pieces 2 Separate egg white and yolk 3 Whisk egg white until firm meringue forms Add sugar half way through 4 In a separate bowl combine egg yolk milk and ricotta cheese 5 Sift self raising flour and combine 6 Fold meringue into batter gently 7 Pour batter into cake tin 8 Decorate with diced apple slices 9 Bake at 170 for 40 45minutes 10 Let ti cool Rest cake in fridge for couple hours 11 Serve and enjoy 材料 18cm 型 卵 3 個 砂糖 50g 牛乳 100mL 低脂肪乳を使いました リコッタチーズ 375g 薄力粉 750g ベーキングパウダー小さじ1 リンゴ煮 缶詰 レシピ 1 リンゴ煮 缶詰 を缶詰から取り出し 小さく切っておく 2 卵白と卵黄を分ける 3 卵白を角が立つまでしっかりと泡立てる 途中 砂糖を少しずつ足す 4 別のボールに卵黄 牛乳 リコッタチーズを入れ 混ぜ合わせる 5 薄力粉とベーキングパウダーをふるい入れ 合わせる 6 メレンゲをさっくり混ぜ合わせる 7 生地を型に流しこむ 8 小さく切ったリンゴ煮を飾りつける 9 170 で予熱したオーブンで 40 45分 焼く 10 焼けたら粗熱をとり 冷蔵庫で冷やしたら出来上がり Find me also on Instagram sora_monnom
