Japanese Light Cheesecake 日式芝士蛋糕

 

Ingredients材料 250g cream cheese 奶油芝士 200g whipping cream 动物性鲜奶油 200ml milk 鲜奶 30g plain flour 普通面粉 30g corn flour 玉米粉 5 egg yolks 蛋黄 1 tbsp lemon juice 柠檬汁 5 egg whites 蛋白 1 tsp lemon juice 柠檬汁 120g caster sugar 幼糖 Bake in water bath at 180 C for 20 minutes Reduce the heat to 150 C and bake for 80 minutes 用水浴法 以180 C 烤20分钟 然后将温度调到150 C继续烤80分钟
