Miso Ramen (vegan) ☆ 味噌ラーメンの作り方

 

I wanted to make Miso Corn Ramen but corn is not in season anymore I chose bean sprouts and green onion as vegetables ingredients but actually you could use any vegetables you like Have fun 本当はずっと前から味噌コーンラーメンの動画を撮りたかったんですけど 気づいたらトウモロコシの季節が過ぎてしまいました 笑野菜はお好きなものを使って作ってみてくださいね There is a No Music version of this video check that out if you like Ingredients for the ramen noodles 200g bread flour100g water10g baking sodatapioca starch or any kind of starch powder for the soup 800g water50g miso2 shiitake mushroom1 clove garlic1 tsp broad bean paste1 tbsp coconut oil1 tbsp sweetener1 tsp salt I didn t show this in the video but this is the most important ingredient 200g bean sprouts50g green onionsome thinly sliced dried chili pepperInstructions 1 bring baking soda water to a boil then mix with bread flour2 knead well with pasta machine and make it into noodles 3 put all the ingredients for the soup and simmer gently 4 boil ramen noodles for 1 minute5 put everything together in a large bowl 材料 中華麺強力粉 200g水 100g重曹 10gタピオカ澱粉 適量スープ水 800g味噌 50g乾燥しいたけ 2つにんにく 1つ豆板醤 小さじ1ココナッツオイル 大さじ1甘味料 大さじ1塩 小さじ1もやし 200gねぎ 50g糸唐辛子 適量 作り方 １ 水と重曹を混ぜ 沸騰させます 強力粉を加えます ２ よく捏ねてからパスタマシンを使い 麺状に切ります 麺は切ったらタピオカ澱粉などを全体にまぶしてくっつかないようにしておきます ３ スープの材料を全て混ぜ ゆっくり煮ます ４ 中華麺を１分ほど茹でます ５ もやしや白髪ねぎ 糸唐辛子など好みの具材を盛り付けて完成です Ingredients in this recipe are King Arthur Flour Organic Bread FlourBob s Red Mill Pure Baking SodaArtisana Organic Raw Coconut OilCoombs Family Farms Organic Maple Syrup I often order organic foods from iHerb Check out their HP below Use a Code YOY970 to get up to 10 00 off on your first purchase They ship internationally at low price Equipments etc Camera Panasonic LUMIX GH4Lens COSINA Voigtländer NOKTON 17 5mm F0 95Lens Filter GENUS ECLIPSE 77mm ND Fader Filter Mic RODE video mic proTripods SLIK carbon 923 pro SLIK carbon 823 pro SLIK mini pro 7Software Apple Final Cut Pro X
