Natural Blue Butterfly Pea Ice Cream Rolls 『全部、青い。』くるくるロールアイスにいまさら挑戦したものの

 

くるくる OddlySatisfying IceCreamRoll Challenge Bloopers ButterflyPea Blue ロールアイス 挑戦 失敗 NG 音フェチ Recipe ASMR We made some deep blue ice cream rolls using naturally blue butterfly pea powder We realized after all this that it takes time and patience to make nicely rolled ice cream or that you need specialist equipment It was quite difficult to make on an ordinary baking sheet Please look at these blue ice cream rolls that we managed to make amid dangerous levels of heat while taking photos Recipe 12 ice cream rolls if everything goes well 1 Gradually add 6g 17ml of butterfly pea powder to 40g of milk and dissolve so that no lumps remain Strain the mixture if you are worried about lumps 2 Stir Step 1 into 400ml of whipping cream 3 Mix in 130g of sweetened condensed milk 4 Spread thinly over the baking sheet Scatter with as many sprinkles as you like This time we used 1 of each square baking sheet size 30cm 27cm and 25cm 5 Freeze until completely solid This took about an hour and a half 6 Roll the ice cream When it starts to melt you won t be able to roll it so do this in the freezer as it refreezes Immediately put the rolled ice cream into a container and leave it in the freezer or it will melt 災害レベルの暑さの中 天然の青色バタフライピーパウダーを使って 全部 青い ロールアイス作りました そのまま広げて冷やしちゃえばできるかもと挑んだ いまさらのロールアイスですが きれいにロールさせるのには手間と忍耐 あるいはそれなりの設備が必要なことがよくわかりました 普通の天板ではなかなか難しかったです 金属のバットと金属のヘラでは相性も なんとか形にした青いロールアイス 途中NGばっかりですが 何卒よろしくお願いします レシピ うまくいったら 12ロールアイス １ バタフライピーパウダー 6g 17ml を牛乳 40gを少しづつ加えながらダマが残らないように溶かしておく ダマが気になるようなら濾す ２ 生クリーム 400mlに１を混ぜる ３ 加藤練乳 130gを入れ混ぜる ４ 消毒スプレーした天板に薄く流し入れる 好みでスプリンクルを散らす 今回 30 27 25センチのスクエア天板を各1枚使いました ５ しっかり かたまるまで冷凍する 1時間半ほどかたまりました ６ くるくるとロールする 溶け始めるとロールできなくなるので冷凍庫に入れ再冷凍しながら作業する ロールできたアイスは すぐに容器に入れ冷凍庫に入れる でないと溶ける
