Rocky Road ice cream お家で作れる極旨 ロッキーロードアイスクリームSuch a creamy and delicious rocky road ice cream にいくと必ず食べるのがロッキーロードとストロベリーチーズケーキです きょうは ロッキーロード風のアイスクリームを作ってみました これ ほんとうにとっても美味しいです またまた太るがなっ 夫大絶賛アイスです チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 100g double cream 50g Couvertle chocolate 60g Milk 10g cocoa powder 20g marshmallow 30g Oreo topping 30g marshmallow 40g Oreo 40g almond 材料 生クリーム 100g クーベルチュールチョコレート 50g牛乳 60gココアパウダー 10gマシュマロ 20gオレオ 30gトッピング マシュマロ 30gオレオ 40gアーモンド 40g 作り方 ①生クリームはゆるめに立てる ②チョコレートは溶けやすいように刻んでおく ③牛乳をレンジで温めたら そこにココアパウダーを加えて良く混ぜて溶かす ④ここに刻んだチョコレート マシュマロ オレオを順に加えて混ぜる ⑤生クリームと④を合わせて良く混ぜる ⑥⑤をタッパーやホーローなどの容器に流し入れ トッピングのマシュマロ アーモンドオレオを上に乗せたら 冷凍庫で３ ４時間冷凍する
