きゅうりめし お花のフルーツサンドの作り方 ピクニック きょうはきゅうりめし ピクニック気分になれるフルーツサンドを作ったよ おでかけできないときでも おうちでたのしくおやつに うまくできたかな 材料食パン6枚切り 12枚 クリーム 6個分の分量 生クリーム 200mlマスカルポーネチーズ 200gグラニュー糖 30g フルーツ いちご 適量みかん 適量キウイ グリーン 適量キウイ イエロー 適量マンゴー 適量種無しぶどう グリーン 適量種無しぶどう パープル 適量バナナ 適量 手順1 クリーム をつくる ボウルに生クリーム グラニュー糖を加えて6分立てになるまで泡立てる 2 マスカルポーネチーズを加えて7分立てまで混ぜあわせる 3 フルーツ を切る みかん 皮を向いてそのまま キウイ イエロー スライスしてクリームを塗り 巻く バナナ 花の型でくりぬく いちご チューリップになるように切る マンゴー 花の型でくり抜く ぶどう パープル そのまま くきの部分 キウイをスライスする 葉の部分 ぶどう グリーン 半分に切る4 食パンに 2 のクリームを塗り 3 のフルーツをのせてクリームを重ね 食パンで挟む 5 ラップで包んで冷蔵庫で20分ほど冷して馴染ませる 6 半分に切る
