ほっこり美味しい 惣菜パン Souzai Bread秋に食べたくなるもの 惣菜パン あ 私の話で 恐縮です ベビーリーフの使いかけ半分残っていたので 使ってしまいたいなぁと思って惣菜パンに使うことにしました ただ 上にそのまま乗せたら茶色になるかと思い 中に入れたら あら シャキシャキ なんだかほっこりするパンです チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 200g Bread flour 15g Sugar 3g Salt 60g water50g soymilk 3g Dry yeast 25g Whole egg 15g Unsalted butter room temperature mayonnaiseBaby leaf For Toppings onion bacon Cherry tomatopizza cheeseThe best water temperature for the dough About 30 for spring and autumn About 10 for summer and about 45 for winter Directions ①Combine the dry ingredients and mix together with a whisk ②Combine water and dry yeast Whole egg soymilk then add it to ① and mix ③Put it on the table and knead 10mins ④Add butter and knead more 5mins ⑤Make it round then leave it at a warm place until it gets twice as bigger primary fermentation ⑥Flatten out the dough using a rolling pin Put the Baby leaf on top of the dough ⑦Tightly roll up the dough and cut the roll into 8 pieces ⑧Cover them with plastic wrap or a wet cloth not to dry leave it at a warm place until they get twice as bigger secondary fermentation ⑨ Top with onion bacon Cherry tomato and pizza cheese ⑩Bake it in the preheated oven 190 C for about 14 mins done Be careful not to let the dough dry out when you are letting it rise or rest When the dough is too moist and sticky powder the dough a little 材料 強力粉 200g 砂糖 15g 塩 3g 水 60g 豆乳 50gドライイースト 3g全卵 25g無塩バター 15g 室温 マヨネーズベビーリーフトッピング 玉ねぎベーコンプチトマトピザ用チーズ 水の適温 春 秋は 約30 夏は 約10 冬は約45 です 作り方 ① の材料をボウルに入れて泡だて器で混ぜる ②水にイーストを混ぜたものと溶き卵 豆乳を①に加えて混ぜる ③台の上に生地を取りだして 10分こねる ④バターを加えてさらに5分ほどこねる ⑤丸めてボウルに入れて ラップなどを被せて大きさが約2倍になるまで暖かい場所に置いて一次発酵 ⑥生地のガス抜き後 生地を伸ばして上にマヨネーズを塗り ベビーリーフを乗せ生地を4つ折りにする ⑦生地をぎゅっと巻いて8分割にしてベーキングカップなどに入れる ⑧ラップなどを被せて大きさが約2倍になるまで暖かい場所に置いて二次発酵 ⑨上に玉ねぎ プチトマト ベーコン ピザチーズを乗せる ⑩190 に温めたオーブンで14分焼いて出来上がり 発酵中やベンチタイム 成形時は生地が乾燥しないよう気を付けて下さい
