カステララスクを低コストで大量生産してかわいいラッピングをする

 

低コストで大量生産できるカステララスクです スーパーの100円カステラ 2個で16切れのラスクが作れます 想像以上にサックサク 日持ちもするのでプレゼントにどーぞ レシピ 12切れ １ カステラは1 5センチほどの厚さになるように切る ２ 好みの抜き型で抜く もちろんそのままでもOK ３ お好みで バターを塗りカラーシュガーをつける 無塩バター 10g グラニュー糖 大さじ1 ココアパウダーや紫芋の粉などの粉末 小さじ 1 4を混ぜたものを塗ってもよい ４ 120度に予熱したオーブンで40分焼く ５ オーブンのスイッチが切れたら そのまま庫内に10分置く ６ オーブンから取り出したら網などにのせ しっかり冷ます ７ ラッピングをしてプレゼント このラッピングで 5日はサックサクのままでした
