バターでサクサク 抹茶スノーボールクッキー ファミチキラッピングで Matcha snowball cookiesThey are nice crispy snowball and crumble easily It s easy and very delicious nice present for your friends 年内に抹茶を使い切りたくて簡単に出来ちゃうスノーボールにしてみましたが クリスマスに編集が間に合わず ラッピングクリスマス仕様です 笑 そして このファミチキラッピングに最近ハマってます スノーボールクッキーはバター配合のものと オイルのものとがありますが 私はどちらも大好きです 最初にこのクッキー考えた人は凄い サクサクで濃い抹茶が美味しい チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 16snowball cookies50g unsalted butter 30g Powdered sugar 50g Cake flour 20g Almond flour 2g Matcha powder for the finish Powdered sugar Matcha powder Directions Preparation Preheat the oven at 170 C ①Add the sugar to the unsalted butter and mix well ②Add the Cake flour Almond flour and matcha ③ Form into bite sized balls and arrange on a cooking sheet ④Bake in the 170 C oven for 15 minutes ⑤Once cool sprinkle on some powdered sugar and matcha Adjust baking time depending on your oven Almond flour makes the texture crisp and light 材料 16個のスノーボールクッキー無塩バター 50g粉糖 30g 薄力粉 50gアーモンドプードル 20g抹茶2g仕上げ用 粉糖抹茶 作り方 準備 オーブンは170 に温めておく ①ボウルにバターと粉糖を入れてよく混ぜる ②ふるった薄力粉 アーモンドプードル 抹茶を加えて混ぜる ③一口大に丸め オーブンシートの上に並べる ④170 に温めたオーブンで15分焼く ⑤冷めたら粉糖と抹茶をまぶして出来上がり オーブンの温度はご家庭のオーブンに合わせて調整してください 焼く前に一度冷凍庫で15分ほど冷やしてあげると美味しく焼けます ラッピング材のワックスペーパーはダイソー セリアさんで購入出来ます

朝、妹に呼ばれてしまちゃんの様子を見に行ったら膝の上にいてびっくりしました！普通にジャンプをして登ってきたらしいです…！まだ２日目だから大人しくして欲しい気持ちもあるけど、手術当日よりも元気そうな様子を見られてホッとしてる気持ちの方が強かったです！
