バレンタインレシピ 簡単美味しい チーズパイ Easy Puff Pastry Cheese TwistYou can wrap the rolled Cheese Twist individually in cellophane and gift them 材料5つですぐに出来て美味しい チーズパイです オーブンでしっかり焼けばサクサク おつまみにも最高です 甘いものが好きな人もそうでない人にも 美味しく食べて頂けます 1本ずつラッピングすると 小さなフランスパンみたいな感じで可愛いですよ チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 8 servings2 sheets Frozen puff pastry Thaw puff pastry in refrigerator until thawed 3 tbsp Beaten egg3 tbsp Parmesan cheese Japanese Powdered Cheese Black pepperDry parsley 材料 長さ20cmで8本出来ますよ 冷凍パイシート2枚 使う前に冷凍庫から冷蔵庫へうつして解凍しておく 溶き卵 大さじ3パルメザンチーズ 大さじ3黒胡椒ドライパセリお好みでほんの少しお塩を胡椒お一緒にパラパラと振って頂いてもokです 作り方 ①パイシートは解凍しておく オーブンは200 に温める ②台の上にくっつかないように強力粉をふって 麺棒でパイシートを約16cm 20cmに伸ばす ③2枚とも伸ばしたら 溶き卵を塗る ④片方のパイ生地にパルメザンをふり 平らにしたら 黒胡椒をお好みでほんの少し塩をふる ⑤もう1枚をうえから被せて手で押さえる ⑥ピザカッターなど綺麗に切れるもので幅2cmでカットする ⑦カットしたら 焼いている内にはがれないように両端を手で押さえておき ぐるりとねじる 動画位にねじるとパンのような感じになり ねじりが少ないとねじったーーーって感じに焼きあがります ⑧ねじったら 天板に並べて溶き卵を塗る カットした部分には塗らないように 面の部分に塗るようにする ⑨200 に温めたオーブンで16分焼く ⑩一旦 オーブンから出して 急いで溶き卵を塗り ドライパセリをふり 再び200 のオーブンで2分乾燥させるように焼いて出来上がり
