こんにちはLes sens cielです 今回はフランボワーズとライム２種のクリームでマカロンを作って見ました さっぱりとコクのある味わいになっています 見た目も華やかなので手土産などにいかがでしょうか マカロンは冷凍することもできます たくさん作って疲れたときのおやつにしてもいいかもしれません ぜひお試しください フランボワーズとライムのマカロンMacarons framboise et citron vertマカロンMacarons 卵白 25g blancs d oeufs アーモンドプードル 90g poudre d amande 粉糖 90g sucre glaceイタリアンメレンゲMeringue italienne 水 30g eau グラニュー糖 100g sucre 卵白 45g blancs d oeufs 食用着色料 お好みで coloration option フランボワーズクリームcrème de framboises フランボワーズピューレ 110g purée de framboises 市販のもので大丈夫です グラニュー糖 30g sucre 卵黄 2個 2 jaunes d oeufs 薄力粉 12g farine 無塩バター 110g beurreライムのクリーム crème de citron vert 卵 1個 １ oeuf 卵黄 1個 1 jaune d oeuf グラニュー糖 45g sucre ライムの皮 1 2 zeste de citron vert ライムの汁 65g jus de citron vert 無塩バター 120g beurre
