カカオ ゞ ω ベリーのほのかな酸味が加わった甘い香りのブロンディ ホワイトチョコのブラウニー です 簡単でクセになる美味しさです 書籍購入の方に期間限定で公開していたメニューを全体公開にしました 材料 型サイズ150 x 150 x 43mm 1枚 ホワイトチョコ 60g無塩バター 60gグラニュー糖 40g全卵 1個イチゴジャム 砂糖不使用 50gA 薄力粉 75gA ベーキングパウダー 2g冷凍ベリー 適量1 冷凍ベリーはペーパーを敷いて冷蔵庫で解凍して水気をとる2 ホワイトチョコ バターを湯煎か電子レンジで溶かす 湯煎の場合はお湯は50 くらいの温度で 3 別ボウルに全卵とグラニュー糖を入れすり混ぜる4 2と3を合わせてジャムも混ぜ Aの粉類をふるい入れ混ぜる5 型にクッキングシートをセットする6 解凍したベリーの水気をしっかりとる6 型に生地を流し入れて上にベリーを散らす7 オーブンを190 で予熱 生地を入れて180 で15 20分焼く 焼き色を見ながら数分延長も可能 シリコーンスパチュラ 明治 meiji ホワイトチョコレート 40g x 10個入り オーブンレンジPanasonic NE BS801 廃盤 デロンギ コンベクションオーブン EOB2071J 5W シリコンホイッパー TOMIZ カセットコンロIwatani MIYABI 雅 3 5kW CB WA 35 キッチンバサミ鳥部製作所 キッチンスパッター KS 203 ブロンディ Blondie チョコレートカカオ チョコレート chocolateCacao chocolate
