【初夏スイーツ】イチジクと紅茶のミルクレープケーキ【きゅうりめし】

 

初夏スイーツ イチジクと紅茶のミルクレープケーキ きゅうりめし 今日はきゅうりめし イチジクと紅茶のミルクレープを作ったよ 紅茶味のスイーツみんなも作ってみてね 材料 クレープ生地 薄力粉 140g 砂糖 25g 卵 2個 牛乳 200ml 温めた牛乳 100ml紅茶の茶葉 2パック溶かしバター 20g クリーム 残ったらトッピングに マスカルポーネ 100g生クリーム 400ml グラニュー糖 30g トッピング イチジクブルーベリーローズマリーピスタチオ 手順1 茶葉を温めた牛乳に入れて置く 抽出されたら牛乳の半量を加える 2 クレープ生地 の薄力粉 砂糖 卵 残りの牛乳を混ぜ 1 と溶かしバターを加えてまぜる 3 こして1時間ほど生地を休ませる 4 フライパンを中火で熱し クレープ生地を流し入れる テフロン出ないときは油をしく 5 表面が乾いてきたら裏返し さっと焼いて取り出す 6 クリーム を作る 生クリーム グラニュー糖を加えて泡立てる 7 マスカルポーネチーズに加えて混ぜる 8 イチジクを切る 9 生地とクリーム イチジクを交互に重ねていく 10 お好みで 丸く形を整える 11 全体をクリームでナッペし 冷蔵庫で冷やす 12 トッピングで飾り付ける 家で一緒にやってみよう 今までの きゅうりめし はここからチェックしてね
