印度烤饼 Garlic Naan

 

印度烤饼 Indian garlic naan bread 做起来两个重要事项 第一是面团要软 第二是烤箱要热 只要你做到了这两点 你的印度烤饼就八九不离十了 每次做烤饼的时候 因为烤箱温度升的特别高 我会做很多 稍微放凉之后装到塑料袋里 放到冰箱冷冻室里保存 吃的时候 拿出来 放到烤面包机里烤热 又好像是新鲜刚出烤箱的口感 印度烤饼配方 可以做10张饼原味酸奶 150克 1 2 杯 2 大勺室温水 400克 1 5杯 2大勺糖 12克 1大勺盐 8克 1小勺油 25克 2大勺酵母 4克 1小勺中筋面粉 750克 5杯步骤 1 除了面粉以外的材料混合2 加入面粉后 大概揉均匀 饧面20分钟3 20分钟后 揉面一分钟 饧面1 5小时 中间揉面一分钟 4 分割成10个小面团 滚圆后饧面30分钟5 石头放到烤箱 最高温度预热 550华氏度 290摄氏度6 面饼整形后 烤炙2 3分钟 如果烤箱有烤炙功能 可以打开帮助上色7 刷上蒜蓉黄油Indian garlic naan ingredients For making 10 pieces of naanPlain yogurt 150 g 1 2 cup 2 tablespoonsRoom temperature water 400 g 1 5 cup 2 tablespoonsSugar 12 g 1 tablespoonSalt 8 g 1 teaspoonOil 25 g 2 tablespoonsYeast 4 g 1 teaspoonAll purpose flour 750g 5 cupsStep 1 Mix all the ingredients except flour2 Mix the flour rest the dough for 20 minutes3 20 minutes later knead the dough for 1 minute Ferment the dough for 1 5 hours Anytime in the middle knead the dough one more time for 1 minute 4 Divide the dough into 10 small pieces Round the small and rest the dough for 30 minutes 5 Preheat the oven with pizza stone at the highest temperature 550 F 290 C6 Shape and naan and bake it for 2 3 minutes If your oven has broiler turn it on to help browning 7 Brush the garlic ghee 印度烤饼 印度抛饼 印度烤饼做法 Indian garlic naan bread recipe
