I hope you will give these delicious almond tuiles a try Personally I love very thin well baked one It s really nice and crispy 大きな天板いっぱいに広がったアーモンドチュイルを焼いてみました ぱきぱき折りながらほおばります 音も食感も味もさいこーーーー 以前のレシピを少し変えてより作りやすくしました うす くうす く伸ばすのがコツです 焼き上がり後のアーモンドの香ばしさとクリスピーな食感にハマること間違いなし 作ってみたいよーって思った人はレシピは下にあります 初めてのレシピ本絶賛発売中 3回目の重版に感謝致します 大人気YouTuber cook kafemaru の 世界一作りやすいおうちスイーツ Amazonで購入できます もしもお住いの近くの本屋さんになかったら セブンイレブンのオムニ7でネット予約し セブンイレブン店頭受け取りで買うことができます Amazonにレビューいれてくださった方 本当にどうもありがとうございます Ingredients baking pan it will be 25cm 37cm tray 60g egg white40g granulated sugar20g Melted butter Unsalted butter 15g Cake flour50g sliced almonds Directions Line a baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper Microwave the butter until melted Preheat the oven at 170 C ①Beat egg white add sugar and stir well ②Add melted butter and sifted flour and Mix ③Add the sliced almonds and mix ④Pour the batter into the baking tray Spread the batter evenly with Spatula ⑤Bake until golden brown about 18 minutes Rotate the baking tray front to back halfway through the baking period ⑥Cool the cookies on the baking pan 材料 天板 25cm 37cm卵白 60gグラニュー糖 40g溶かしバター 無塩バター 20g薄力粉 15gスライスアーモンド 50g 作り方 バターは溶かしておく オーブンを170 に予熱する ①卵白をほぐして 砂糖を加えて混ぜる ②溶かしバター ふるった薄力粉を加えて混ぜる ③アーモンドを加えて混ぜる ④ベーキングシートの上に生地を広げる 薄く広げたほうが美味しく焼けます ⑤170 に温めたオーブンできつね色になるまで約18分焼く 途中で天板を前後入れ替えるとまんべんなく綺麗に焼き色がつきます ⑥天板ごと冷ます 卵白の混ぜ方泡立てるのではなく ボウルと泡だて器を密着させたまま混ぜます 空気を含ませないように混ぜます 卵が新鮮で混ぜにくい時は卵白を器に入れて ほんの少し湯せんにかけると卵白がさらさらになり 混ぜやすくなります
