咖啡蛋白糖霜饼 Coffee Meringue

 

Ingredients 180g egg whites 150g caster sugar 25g corn flour 2 tsp instant coffee powder 1 tsp warm water 材料 6粒蛋白 180g 150g幼糖25g粟米粉2小匙即溶咖啡粉加入1小匙热水混合均匀Bake in a preheated oven at 120 C for one hour 放入预热烤箱以120 C 烤1个小时
