材料4つ混ぜるだけ！お豆腐チョコアイス

 

ぜひ作ってみてくださいね お豆腐チョコアイス6人分材料 絹豆腐 水切りする 300gチョコレート 刻む 200g牛乳 140ml砂糖 30g チョコレートソース 適量ナッツ 適量ミント 適量作り方1 ボウルにチョコレート 牛乳を入れてラップをかけ 600Wの電子レンジで1分30秒加熱する 取り出してゴムベラでかき混ぜる 2 ボウルに絹豆腐を入れて泡立て器でなめらかになるまでよく混ぜ 砂糖を加えてよく混ぜる ラップをかけて600Wの電子レンジで1分ほど加熱する 取り出してゴムベラでかき混ぜる 3 2 に 1 を加え ゴムベラでなめらかになるまでよく混ぜる 4 粗熱が取れたらアイスバーの容器に入れ 冷凍庫に入れて2 3時間ほど冷やし固める 5 型からはずし お好みでチョコソースをかけ ミントを添えたら 完成
