《活き車海老と赤雲丹の酢の物》・・・・大和の 和の料理《酢の物（リハビリ編）》

 

今年は 暑すぎて 車海老も あまり見かけなかった様に思いますが 今日はその車海老をさっと湯通しして しっかり湯を通した海老の頭の味噌で和え赤雲丹を乗せて出来上がりです 海老味噌を纏った車海老の身と赤雲丹の相性は でした
