自殺について。前向きな話です。ラジオ感覚で聞いてください☆

 

2019年 6月の時点で10230人の方が自殺しています そのうち男性が7199人 女性が3031人 男性が多いですね 自殺する人を減らしたい思いでこういう動画を撮りました 暗い話に聞こえるかもしれませんが前向きに話してるつもりです ダラダラと喋ってます ラジオ感覚で聞いてください うまく まとまってないかもしれないですが 少しでも参考になれば良いなぁと思いまして まだまだ私も修行中です 私は 8年前 元彼の自殺のショックで鬱になりました 3ヶ月ほど仕事が出来なくなりましたが食べていかないといけないので無理して行った職場でパワハラをうけ傷口に塩を塗られた状態で死ぬことも考えましたがここまでメンタルが強くなりました 今度 私のメンタルが強くなっていった過程とか方法とかちゃんと話ししたいです
