커피향이 가득한 케이크 위에 크림치즈 크림을 올려 티라미수 파운드케이크를 만들었어요 구독하고 좋아요 누르고 공유 부탁드려요 더 자세한 레시피와 설명은 밑에 더보기 버튼 눌러 확인 해 주세요 For more detailed recipes please click on the down below 커피향이 가득한 케이크 위에 크림치즈 크림을 올려 티라미수 파운드케이크를 만들었어요 커피 에센스와 코코아 파우더를 넣어 반죽했더니 2가지 맛이 다 느껴지고 더 맛있는 것 같아요 커피 에센스가 없으신 분들은 인스턴트 커피를 진하게 녹여 넣으시면 될 것 같아요 크림치즈 크림과 함께 먹으니 퍽퍽하지 않고 조금 더 부드럽게 먹을 수 있어 좋더라구요 크림을 좋아하시면 크림 양을 늘려 더 두껍게 올려 완성하셔도 좋을 것 같아요 정말 맛있어서 파운드케이크 좋아하시는 분들께 추천드립니다 즐겁게 시청하세요 Enjoy 틀 사이즈 Mold size 23cm x 11cm x 6cm 재료무염 버터 150g크림치즈 75g설탕 100g소금 조금달걀 150g바닐라익스트랙 1 2ts커피 에센스 1ts중력분 165g코코아 파우더 8g베이킹파우더 4g휘핑한 생크림 생크림 75g 설탕 15g 차가운 크림치즈 100g 레시피1 버터를 부드럽게 푼 뒤 크림치즈를 넣고 섞는다 2 설탕과 소금을 넣고 섞은 뒤 달걀의 1 2을 넣고 섞는다 3 남은 달걀과 바닐라익스트랙 커피 에센스를 넣고 섞는다 4 중력분 코코아 파우더 베이킹파우더를 체 쳐 넣고 섞는다 5 오븐 팬에 팬닝하고 180도 예열된 오븐에서 40분간 굽고 식힌다 6 휘핑한 생크림과 차가운 크림치즈를 섞고 짤주머니에 담는다 7 식은 케이크의 윗면을 잘라내고 크림을 얇게 바른다 8 무늬를 내어 크림을 짜고 코코아 파우더를 뿌린다 Ingredients 150g Unsalted butter 75g Cream cheese 100g Sugara pinch of Salt150g Egg1 2ts Vanilla extract 1ts Coffee Essence 165g Plain flour 8g Cocoa powder 4g Baking powder Whipped cream 75g whipping cream 15g sugar 100g Cold cream cheese 시청해주셔서 감사합니다 Thank you for watching
