GAMBAS AL AJILLO GIPSY CHEF

 

Te gustan las gambas al ajillo Os enseño mi version de este plato que además de sencillo es muy fácil de preparar Gustará a toda la familia RECETA 1 Aliñar las gambas con sal y un toque de chile fresco 2 Poner en una sartén fría un par de rodajas de jenjibre y tres dientes de ajo cortados a trocitos 3 Encender el fuego alto hasta que el ajo empiece a tostarse 4 Mientras se calienta la sartén coger unas hojas de cilantro y unas hojas de perejil y cortar muy finas 5 Cuando ya se ha tostado el ajo echar un chorro de aceite a la sartén 6 Tirar las gambas dejar que pase un minuto y echar un chorro de vinagre y la mezcla de perejil y cilantro 7 Sacar del fuego y servir
