あさりの酒蒸しの作り方

 

ねぎや三つ葉を合わせたシンプルなあさりの酒蒸しの作り方の紹介です 材料 あさり 400ｇ 砂抜きしたもの 長ねぎ 1本三つ葉 1束酒 大さじ5 レシピ詳細は白ごはん comでも紹介中 ずっしりと重たいあさりが手に入ったら シンプルに 酒蒸し にするのがいちばんおすすめです 三つ葉とねぎを合わせていますが えのき茸などのきのこ類を加えたり 火の通りやすい春キャベツやせん切りにんじんなどでも美味しいです 白ごはん comではおうちで作りやすい和食レシピが満載です バター醤油アレンジレシピはこちらで紹介中
