さくほろっ ざくざく WチョコディアマンクッキーChocolate chip Cookies A special cookie in French meaning diamond Plain chocolate tea and a wide range of arrangements can also be enjoyed ココア生地にチョコチップも加えて Wで美味しいクッキーです ディアマン とは ダイアモンド という意味のとっておきのクッキー 生地の周りにまぶしたグラニュー糖がダイアモンドのようにキラキラするところからこの名前がついたんだそう ってことで 名前に負けないくらい味もぐーーーなんで 良かったら作ってみて下さい 久々に夫が大絶賛したレシピです 笑チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 14 servings60g unsalted butter40g Powdered sugar 1egg yolk 80g cake flour 20g Almond flour 15g cocoa powder 2g Black cocoa powder50g Chocolate chip Granulated sugar Directions ①Mix butter room temperature with a spatula add powdered sugar and mix well ②Add the egg yolk and mix ③Add all the dry ingredients Don t forget to sift them ④Add the Chocolate chip and mix ⑤make it stick shaped 3cm in diameter then wrap it and cool it in the freezer 30 mins ⑥Coat the dough s surface with generous amount of the sugar ⑦ Slice the dough into 2cm thick ⑧Put them on the pan lined with parchment paper ⑨Bake it in the preheated oven 170 for 17 minutes 材料 14ディアマンクッキー無塩バター 60g粉糖 40g卵黄1個 薄力粉80g アーモンドプードル 20g ココアパウダー 15g ブラックココアパウダー 2gチョコチップ 50g ブラックココアが手に入らないときはココアパウダーをプラス2g グラニュー糖 作り方 ①バターをゴムベラでよく混ぜ 粉糖を加えてさらによく混ぜる ②卵黄を加えてよく混ぜる ③ をふるって加える ④チョコチップも加えて混ぜる ⑤直径3cmの棒状にしてクッキングシートにくるんだら 冷凍庫で30分ほど冷やす ⑥生地にグラニュー糖をまぶす ⑦生地を2cm厚さにカットする ⑧クッキングシートを敷いた天板に並べる ⑨170 に温めたオーブンで17分焼いて出来上がり
