四年ほど前にもアップしている物ですが再アップです牛タンを塩漬けにしますが八種類の香辛料も入れます動画とは順不同だと思いますがローリエセージブラックペッパーオールスパイスナツメッグパプリカクローブもう一つはなんでしたっけ動画の中から探し出して下さいね後塩と少量の発色剤を入れてよく揉み五日程置きます
