バレンタインに材料3つ とろける 苺生チョコ 3 Ingredient Strawberry Nama ChocolateHomemade Strawberry Nama Chocolate It has a texture that melts in my mouth It s so delicious 苺のブロックチョコで苺の生チョコを作ってみました 出来上がり後にココアや苺パウダーをふっても美味しいですが 中にマシュマロを閉じ込めて pink Whiteにしてみました 色味が命 でも味も美味しいですよ お口の中でとろけます マシュマロもチョコの中に入るとチョコとすごく仲良しになります オーブンなしで作ることが出来ます バレンタインにぜひ作ってみてください チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 4 7 3 5inch 9 chocolates150g Strawberry chocolate50g Heavy Whipping cream 35g marshmallow Directions Line the cake pan with parchment paper Chop up the chocolate finely so that it will melt easily ①Heat the cream in a pan Be careful not to let it boil ②Add the chocolate ③Stir with a spatula until the chocolate is dissolved ④Add marshmallow and Mix ⑤Pour the chocolate mixture in the pan ⑥Refrigerate until firm about 2 3 hours ⑦Cut into little square and it s all finished Warming the knife before cutting will give a smooth beautiful slice 材料 4 3cm H2cm のサイズで9個苺チョコレート 150g生クリーム 50gマシュマロ 35g 作り方 トレイにはクッキングシートを敷いておく チョコは溶けやすいように細かく刻んでおく ①鍋に生クリームを入れ 沸騰直前まで温める 鍋の周りに小さな泡が出てきたらok ②鍋にチョコを入れる ③チョコが溶けるまでゴムベラで混ぜる ④マシュマロも加えて混ぜる マシュマロが大きかったらカットしておく ⑤トレイにチョコレートを流し込む ⑥冷蔵庫で固まるまで2 3時間冷やす ⑦四角にカットして出来上がり カットする前にお湯で包丁を温め 水分をタオルでふき取ってからカットするを繰り返すと 綺麗にカット出来ます 今回使用した苺チョコレートは 共立食品 さんの徳用割チョコストロベリーを使いました 生クリームの量を変えると 固まらなくなることがありますのでレシピ通りに作ってください
