濃厚ちょっと大人な抹茶ガトーショコラバレンタインにも Matcha Chocolate Cake I love Matcha so much This cake have a great green tea aroma are moist soft bitter and sweet I think it s good for Tea party Enjoy バレンタインにおススメの濃厚チョコケーキですバター無しの生クリームレシピですが板チョコで作ったとは思えない濃厚でとても美味しいガトーショコラです抹茶を加えてちょっと大人な味にしていますコツは焼きすぎないこと真ん中辺りがレアーに焼き上げられれば絶品ですチャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 18 8cm loaf pan 200g White chocolate 100g Heavy Cream 6g Matcha 2 Eggs Beaten egg 10g cake flour non melting powdered Matcha Directions Preparation Line the pan with parchment paper Preheat Heavy Cream Preheat the oven at 170 C ①Beat the eggs well ②Chop chocolate and put it in a bowl then double boil and melt ③Add the Heavy Cream and mix until smooth When the chocolate doesn t melt completely use a double boiler ④Add the Matcha and mix well ⑤Add the beaten egg some by some ⑥Sift and add the cake flour and mix well ⑦Pour the mixture in the pan Drop the pan a few times to get the air out ⑧Bake it in the preheated oven 170 for 22 24 minutes ⑨When it s baked remove the cake from the pan and cool it ⑩When the cake is completely cool sprinkle non melting powdered Matcha and serve 材料 18 8cm パウンド型ホワイトチョコレート 200ｇ生クリーム 100g抹茶 6g卵2個溶き卵にする薄力粉 10g 溶けない抹茶パウダー作り方準備型にはオーブンペーパーを敷いておくオーブンは170 に予熱スタート ①卵はよく溶いておく ②チョコは刻んで湯煎で溶かす ③ここに生クリームを加えて滑らかになるまで混ぜる溶け切らない時は湯煎にかけて溶かす ④抹茶を加えてよく混ぜる ⑤溶き卵を数回に分けて加えて混ぜる ⑥ふるった薄力粉を加えてよく混ぜる ⑦型に生地を流す生地の中の空気を抜くために型を何度か落とす ⑧170 に温めたオーブンで22 24分ほど焼く ⑨焼きあがったらすぐに型から取り出し冷ます ⑩完全に冷めたら上から溶けない抹茶をふって出来上がり保存は暖房がきいていない部屋なら室温で翌日までokです冷蔵庫で3日は大丈夫ですが食べるときは室温に戻すかほんの少し電子レンジで温めてください美味しく食べることが出来ます
