牛丼の作り方

 

牛肉と玉ねぎを具に 生姜をほんのりときかせたベーシックな牛丼の作り方の紹介です 材料 牛肉 こま切れや切り落とし 250ｇ玉ねぎ 150ｇ生姜 １かけ 約10ｇ ごはんと紅しょうが 適量A水 1カップ 200ml A醤油 大さじ4Aみりん 1 4カップ 50ml A酒 1 4カップ 50ml A砂糖 大さじ3 レシピ詳細は白ごはん comでも紹介中 Aの合わせ調味料を鍋に合わせたら せん切りにした生姜とくし切りの玉ねぎを入れて火にかけ 沸いたら牛肉を入れ アクをすくったあと20分煮ます 煮るときの火加減や最終的な煮詰め加減などをぜひ動画でチェックしてみてください 白ごはん comではおうちで作りやすい和食レシピが満載です
