難しいナッペ無しの簡単スコップケーキ Strawberry short cake春に誕生日を迎える人のために簡単だけど美味しい苺ケーキはどうでしょう ナッペ無しの簡単苺ケーキです 100均の陶器の器に入れてみたら ころんと可愛らしくなりました もうちょっと中身を控えめにすると 器ごとプレゼント出来ます 大き目セロハンで包んでリボンをかけて 保冷バッグに入れます はっぴーばーすでぃ チャンネル登録お願いします Subscribe to my channel Ingredients 14cm dish2 layer Sponge cake150g Whipping cream vanilla extract add 15g sugar to 150g Heavy Whipping cream and beat 150g strawberriescake syrup30g Mlted Dark chocolate non melting powdered sugar Sponge cake スポンジ生地はこちらを使いました 3 Ingredient Japanese Roll Cake Swiss Roll 材料３つ ふわしっとりの基本のロールケーキ 材料 器サイズ 14cm スポンジ生地 2枚シロップ 水30gにグラニュー糖15gを加えて電子レンジで600wで1分加熱後冷めたらラムを小さじ1加えて混ぜる 苺 150g溶かしたビターチョコレート 30g 溶けない粉糖 ホイップクリーム 生クリームにグラニュー糖を加えて立てておく 生クリーム 150gグラニュー糖 15gバニラエッセンス 作り方 ①スポンジは丸く抜いておく 市販品のスポンジを使うと簡単 ②苺は飾り用をハートに残りはスライスしておく ③器にスポンジを敷きシロップを打つ ④その上に溶かしたチョコ ホイップクリーム 苺の順に重ねる これをもう一度繰り返す ⑤最後のホイップクリームを平らにしたら ゴムベラを使って模様をつける ⑥苺でデコレーションをして出来上がり 残ったスポンジの保存についてビニール袋などに入れて冷暗所で1 2日ならokです 気温が高くなれば冷凍してしまってください ちなみに冷蔵は味が落ちるので冷凍がおススメ 解凍は使う前に冷蔵庫へ移しておきます
