MOIST UBE CAKE IN A TUB ANG MASARAP NA PANG NEGOSYO AT PWEDENG IHANDA SA BAHAY !

 

Moist Ube cake in a tubCake 3 1 2 cups all purpose flour1 cup powdered milk3 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt2 eggs2 cups white sugar2 cups water1 1 2 tsp violet food color1 tsp ube flavor1 2 cup vegetable oilFrosting more if needed 1 cup liquid whipping cream chilled1 1 2 cup tsp violet food color1 tsp ube flavorFillings and toppings 1 1 2 cups Ube Halaya more if needed 3 small layers Leche flan less or more Procedure 1 Combine all purpose flour powdered milk baking powder and salt2 In a separate bowl combine eggs white sugar water violet food color ube flavor and vegetable oil3 Combine dry and wet ingredients 4 Divide cake batter into 6 equal parts and tap few times5 Steam for 20 25 min over med low heat6 Cool cake in a pan for 10min 7 Remove cake from the pan and cool completely8 Cut the cake and fill cakes with Ube halaya9 Assemble Frost the whole cake with Ube whipped cream frosting10 Add Ube halaya leche flan topping and decorate with white whipped cream frosting optional Ube whipped cream frosting procedure 1 In a bowl combine whipping cream violet food color and ube flavor2 Whip cream until stiff do not over whip 3 Whip extra 1 cup plain whipped cream for decoration optional CHECK OUT MY OTHER VIDEOSUbe halayaLeche flan How to make Chocolate Butternut CakeMilo Ice Cream How to make home made ice creamMango Graham Ice cream Roll and Oreo Ice cream roll How to make Mango Tapioca Creamy Mango Tapioca How to make Tapioca Pearls Boba pearlsIf you like Tech and DIY reviews subscribe to this channelYour Tech DIY Visit our websiteLike our FB page Subcribe on our youtube channelFollow us on instagramFollow us on twitter
