한가위 맞이 - 송편 만들기 ( Songpyeon, Half-moon Rice Cake )

 

아침 저녁 바람도 시원하고하늘도 하루가 다르게 높아지고 있어요 추석도 성큼 우리 앞으로 다가왔구요 어릴땐 하루하루 손꼽아가며 기다리던 명절이었는데 이젠 점점 그런 마음이 사라지는거것같아 아쉬워지네요 밝고 둥근달 뜨는 추석전날 밤 오랜만에 친척들 모여 이야기 꽃 피우며 빚던 송편 생각이 나네요울퉁불퉁 못난이 삼촌송편매끈매끈 예쁜이 숙모송편뭔지도 모를 아이들송편그때 추억을 떠올리며 고소한 깨소 가득 넣어 알록달록 예쁜 송편을 빚어보았어요올추석엔 친척들 둘러 앉아 도란 도란 송편 빚어 보는건 어떨까요 IngredientsWet Rice Flour 300gRoasted Sesame Seeds 30gBrown Sugar 36gA pinch of SaltGreen Tea PowderStrawberry PowderSweet Pumpkin PowderSesame Oil Grape Seed Oil 1 2 재료멥쌀가루 습식 300g볶은깨 30g황설탕 36g소금 한꼬집녹차가루딸기가루단호박가루참기름 포도씨유 1 2 습식쌀가루를 못구하셔서 건식쌀가루를 사용하셔야 한다면 송편빚기 전날에 미리 사용할 건식쌀가루의 설명서에 있는 사용권장 물양의 반과 소금양은 그대로를 넣어 물주기 한뒤 중체에 한번 내려 냉장고에 하루 숙성시켜 사용하시면 됩니다 Instagram maison_oliviaBlog www maison olivia commail fineart73 naver com
